Our client, one of the most extensive European-based global industrial automation MNC, was looking for new potential opportunities to grow and increase its market share. Thus, they felt the need to grasp the integrator landscape system in significant industries and comprehensively understand manufacturing companies’ operations in selected areas.

Solution

YCP Solidiance carried out a comprehensive study, developing a list of system integration partners and manufacturing businesses with relevant products. The plan was further developed through primary and secondary research, filtered through the company turnover, sales coverage, product offerings, management team, business potentials, and overall strategic business fit. 

Approach

Our team arranged a long list of ~250 system integrators and ~100 manufacturing companies in Asia selling DCS hardware/software, MES software, VFDs, and other associated services. The strict evaluation and filtering, which include secondary research and primary interviews, have identified 14 system integration partners and seven manufacturing companies for clients’ recommendation. Our client is now discussing potential partnerships between them and the recognized companies.
